1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.
3a. Shipping Rates: Lanyards, Wristlets & Cards
We offer Free Standard Shipping on lanyards, wristlets and cards. While Australia Post estimates delivery within 1 to 3 business days, please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors such as your location, public holidays, or weather-related delays.

3b. Shipping Rates: Apparel
We offer a Express Shipping on all apparel for $14.95 per order placed, and while Australia Post estimates delivery within 1 to 3 business days, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors such as your location, public holidays, or weather-related delays.

3b. Shipping Rates: Discounts on Shipping
We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $200.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order via the Australia Post website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us at artworkwithmadi@hotmail.com.

5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to high demand, public holidays, or factors outside of our control (such as weather events or transport issues). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at artworkwithmadi@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We will assist in filing a claim with Australia Post and work with you to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned including sale items and gift cards with the exception to faulty sale items.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.
